We have launched our own food brand – Geirangermat. We produce food based on local traditions and recipes. The product we have are Geirangermør – a cured and dried sausage. You can buy it at Brasserie Posten or at Joker Geiranger. We also produce smoked sea trout, both cold smoked and hot smoked, and cured trout(grav lax).
